Liang graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2006 with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. She then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law (Vic) in early 2007.
Since joining Kelly Hazell in December 2006, Liang has been eager to gain experience in all matters relating to commercial law, and has been involved in a range of corporate commercial matters including commercial drafting, advising on corporate restructuring and Corporations Act and Trade Practices Act compliance issues. She has also developed considerable experience assisting clients with various advertising and trade promotion matters.
Liang also works extensively in commercial litigation, especially in relation to debt recovery and contractual disputes.
Liang deals with a range of clients, including companies in the publishing, manufacturing and finance industries.
Liang speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin).
